My favourite post-Pilates Protein Smoothie

I’m OBSESSED with this smoothie. It’s creamy, tastes like summer and is packed full of nutrients and protein from the greek yogurt.


Recipe:

One handful of frozen/fresh mango

One handful of frozen/fresh pineapple

Two tbsp greek yogurt (this can be substituted with one scoop of vanilla protein powder)

250ml coconut water (less/more depending on desired consistency)

Squeeze of lemon

Mint

Ice if using fresh fruit


Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender

The trick to an easy blend is to put the most-blendable ingredients in last so the coconut milk, greek yogurt, lemon + mint after the frozen fruit
