Flow classes both embody and cultivate the mind-body connection that is so pivotal to Pilates. These no-equipment sessions are perfect for travelling as they require no equipment, and will teach you to create tension with your own bodyweight. Classes range from five to 45 minutes and vary between full-body workouts and those that are body-part targeted.
